These terms and conditions apply to ALL orders made with Business With Blooms , including but not limited to in-store, phone or online orders. These Terms and Conditions also apply to all visitors of our website, www.businesswithblooms.com.au. Photos

All photos on our site are our own or we have been authorized to use them by their owners. All photos are protected by copyright. They cannot be copied, reproduced or published in anyway unless you have written consent from us. If you are interested in using any of the photos you see on our site, please contact us. This site has links to other sites, they are provided as information only and are to be used at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the content of these sites or what might happen if you visit them.

Errors and Omissions

We make every effort to ensure the information on our site is correct and accurate, although we cannot guarantee this. If you are using the information on this site, you are doing so at your own risk. We do not accept any liability to use of this information or for its accuracy. The information is provided for personal use only.

Availability and Substitution

Our flowers are strictly for Sydney Metropolitan Area. We do provide interstate and international deliveries, but flowers arranged by us are only available for the Sydney Metropolitan area. If you wish to order interstate or internationally, please contact us. Our contact details can be found on our Contact Us page.

Our flowers are picked straight from the markets on a daily basis to ensure freshness.

Availability of our stock is due to whether the flowers that you have selected are in season, or not. Another factor that affects quality of the flower is the weather. It is uncontrollable but our constant correspondence with flower growers means that we will try our hardest to fulfil your order request.

If you order an arrangement and it has flowers that are either not in stock, unavailable or out of season, we will substitute the flowers for a similar type of flower or colour at the same value.

Also, if you wish for a flower to substitute another one in one of our arrangements, please call us and provide at least 24 hours before delivery to make sure that we can provide the flower.

Quality

If you have an issue with the quality of the flowers that we provide, please make your claim in writing within 24hrs of the order being received, contact details can be found on our Contact Us page. You must also call to discuss the claim.

We do require both phone call and e-mail within 24hrs to assist with a quality issue. Our phone lines are available 24/7. If by chance the phones are unattended, please leave voicemail and our staff will attend to it as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your voicemail will reach us in time, so it is your responsibility to follow up should you not hear from us.

Delivery

We do offer times for delivery, but sometimes promised times can’t go to schedule due to contributing factors such as; traffic, order backlog (i.e. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), last minute orders or wrong recipient details.
We will try our hardest to ensure on-time delivery, but sometimes they don’t go to plan.

Hospital, School, Event or Workplace
If you are requiring delivery to a hospital, school, event centre or workplace with a specific time of delivery, please provide as many details as possible for the recipient. i.e. correct name of recipient, name of hospital (public or private), school, event centre or workplace, address (ward and beds number, unit number, level number, street number), contact number of recipient and landline of hospital/school, event co-ordinator or workplace (if able to) and finally discharge date/time (if known) school/event/work hours of recipient.

All of this information may seem in excess, but the reason that we require so much detail is to ensure that your flowers will be received on time. If we receive the wrong details (name, date, recipient, hours, address, contact number), the courier has to return the flowers to us and as a result a surcharge applies, which we will have to forward on to you. It is so much easier for all involved to provide as much information as possible to ensure correct and on-time delivery.

The price of surcharge depends on each individual order.

Types of Delivery:

Pick-Up
Flowers to be picked up from ‘Business With Blooms’ D74/24-32 Lexington Drive, BELLA VISTA NSW 2153

Standard Delivery
Delivery between 8am and 6pm (generally). If you require this option, it is preferential that you place the order the day before, or by 9am the day of delivery to ensure delivery in this category. Please call 02 9687 2020 if it is after 9am and we will decide you if you need to place the order in ‘Priority’.

Priority
This option is only available during work hours (9am - 5pm) Monday - Friday. Please order before 11am online or before 12pm over the phone on 02 9687 2020 for same-day delivery before 5pm.

Damages

We take every care and precaution with all our orders to ensure you receive the best possible product from us. If your order includes but not limited to glassware, ceramic, fragile components, or delicate flowers, once the order has been delivered and accepted, Business With Blooms Florist is no longer liable for any damages. In the rare event that the product you have ordered arrives damaged, broken or faulty, you must Contact Us immediately. Our contact details can be found on our Contact Us page.

Alcohol

It is illegal, in Australia, to provide people under the age of 18 years old with alcohol. We trust that our customers know the age of the recipient of the alcohol that we can provide as part of our orders. The customer is, therefore, responsible for ensuring that the recipient is of age and Business With Blooms Florist accepts no responsibility for providing alcohol to minors.

Privacy

Business With Blooms Florist ensures the protection of personal information of our customers. We will not share your personal details with the recipient of flowers regardless of circumstance. Please review our full Privacy Policy.

Payment

Business With Blooms uses PayPal for our online payments. You can access the PayPal terms and conditions here.

If you pay for your flowers via phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Your credit card details are confidential and we will only charge what you authorise. If we require a surcharge, it will not be withdrawn without your full consent.

We do not keep or maintain any credit card information and all credit card transaction are processed securely via PayPal. The Terms and Conditions set out by PayPal (paypal.com.au) will apply if you choose to use PayPal. If the PayPal terms and conditions are unclear, you must contact PayPal directly for clarification.
